Well This episode isn’t as nice and as sweet. But it’s necessary. If we want to see all types of media and art independent of big business influence, we gotta step up as art lovers. And support the artists. Not with lip service, but with cold hard cash.
Here’s a link to my buddy’s shop: Wyrd Armouries. You can see what kind of neat stuff she’s bringing to Dragon Con! She’s at the Wyrd and Wired booth in space F186! Go say hi! Enjoy the cool stuff. (Faint from the awesomeness of her cloak!) Personally I’ve got my eye on the Doctor Who Waist Cincher. I’m going to be linking to different artists in the future, so stay tuned!
Much love to the music creator Prism Shard. We’re not worthy! We’re not worthy!
Lots of folks liked my last podcast about Little Fears. I thought I’d take you all a bit deeper down the rabbit hole. Why I love Little Fears. (That one links to their twitter account). Why that game specifically is special to me.
Our spiffy intro music is thanks to Prism Shard. Yaaay!
I recently got the piano arrangements for The Miyazaki Collection, Firefly and Chrono Cross. Any requests? It won’t be immediate but I’ll see if I master one enough to have at the end of Dog Days of Podcasting.
Seems my love of certain video games gives me a way to translate what’s going on in my grey matter. Enjoy!
Here’s a link to Supergiant Games. Their level of epicness is over 9000! Name a game developer that gives away sheet music for songs in their game?! You can’t, can you? Well these guys do. Guitar Tabs and Piano Arrangements!
Zendead and Nulloperations are doing the Dog Days of Podcasting too. They’re at Seize the GM and Hidden Node. Give them a listen… or else I’ll call the Brute Squad.
For starters, you all can thank/blame my good friends Zendead and Nulloperations for this podcast. They host Seize the GM and The Hidden Grid, respectively. They’re great folks, so go say hi!
